I visited the Domino’s outlet at Laxmi Nagar, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I reached around 1:30 pm, the staff initially refused to take my order, saying they would start after 10 minutes. After repeated follow-ups, they finally took and served the order, but the overall service was very poor. The staff were talking loudly among themselves, making it difficult for us to have a normal conversation. The wash basin was dirty, and when I pointed it out, they casually mentioned that the person responsible for cleaning wasn’t available. Moreover, the staff preparing pizzas were not wearing gloves and the same people were cleaning tables, which was highly unhygienic. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Domino’s.

They dont know how to cook a pizza, th name may be dominos but its worse than a cheap knock off. The managers the rude, the food tastes funky, and just overall a very very bad restaurant and the hygiene its closer to a public toilet than a dominos store

Staff behaviour not good also ordered cheese burst pizza and got plan pizza. Store is refunding in wallet and not in original mode of payment even after I placed a fresh order again. Order 122 returned Fresh order 133 Date 12th Sep25 Local pizza vendors are much better than dominos
