I had an awful delivery experience. I ordered Cheese Volcano Veg Paradise and asked them to “Replace Existing Topping” of Corn for Jalapeño; however, I received all existing toppings plus Jalapeño. I called the branch but was redirected to a rather rude woman who had absolutely no customer relations skills. She just kept screaming and screeching like a banshee until I had no option but to disconnect the call and forget about any resolution. With no proper customisation, customer relations, or complaint redressal mechanism, it’s a wonder this franchise still exists in India! My advice? Order Nomad instead. :)
