Terrible service from this Domino’s outlet! I have ordered 3-4 times, and every single time, the delivery is late. They advertise a 20-minute delivery guarantee, but when I called the manager after another late delivery, he rudely denied it, saying that the guarantee isn’t applicable for my address and that the app is showing it due to a glitch. Clearly, he was just making excuses. I even emailed Domino’s customer support about this issue, but it has been over a month, and they haven’t even bothered to respond. If Domino’s can’t keep its promises, why mislead customers with false guarantees? This is just fake marketing and terrible customer service. Avoid this outlet! 👎
