I visited this Domino’s outlet three times, spending over ₹1000 each time, and every visit was disappointing. The hygiene was terrible—tables were left unclean, mirrors and floors were filthy, and the washroom was in an extremely bad state. It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned for over a month. When I pointed this out to a staff member, they casually blamed the morning shift instead of taking responsibility. Despite requesting table cleaning, no one came, and I had to eat with my kid at a dirty table. The overall cleanliness of the place was unacceptable, and I even saw how the food was being prepared in a very unhygienic manner. The garlic bread we ordered was not up to the mark, though the pizza was fine. To make things worse, the AC and ventilation were not working properly, making it quite suffocating inside. If you're planning to go with your family, I strongly advise against it. The lack of hygiene and poor service make this place a complete disappointment.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Domino's. The restaurant was not clean at all – tables and floors were dirty, and there seemed to be a complete lack of hygiene, which made the whole place feel uncomfortable. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly, offering poor service with no attempt to make customers feel welcome. To top it off, the pizza I ordered was poorly prepared. It was undercooked, with unevenly spread toppings and the overall quality was far below what I expected. Considering the price, it felt like a total waste of money. I was really let down by both the food and the service, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. I hope they take these issues seriously and work on improving cleanliness, hygiene, and staff behavior.

The staff of this outlet is the WORST. They don't even know basic customer service skills. The store manager, the order reciever at the counter and all the other staff acts so rude with their customers, the women staff are all busy in their own gossips always. Yesterday I went to the store and asked for a takeaway order and the lady who was taking down my order said that we are out of boxes and also there's no option for takeaway here. I told her that I always opt either for delivery or takeaway option but still she kept arguing with me, later she agreed saying that "we will pack your order for takeaway", after like 30 minutes of waiting I went to the counter asked for my order and she said that we will be giving dine in to you very aggressively, I called up the store manager and he too behaved so aggressively with me. After all the arguments when I asked the lady staff to put my order in the carrybag that i had carried with me, she said "Apne aap rakh lo carrybag mei, hum issi kaam ke liye nahi hai yahan". Seriously ? This wasn't expected from the well known brand. Now, all I want is a strict action against these people and if I don't any response in return then I'll complaint about all this is consumer court.

Very non hygienic and rude staff, if possible please visit pizza hut which is just in front of them.
