Extremely bad experience – No follow-up even after 7 days I had placed an order on 7th June 2025. The pizza delivered was cold, stale, and the cheese tasted spoiled. Despite the 30-minute delivery guarantee, the order arrived over an hour late. The delivery boy misled me, took full payment and promised cashback later – which never happened. I was told that Domino’s team would contact me within 24 hours, but today is 14th June and no one has contacted me yet. It’s been a week and there has been no follow-up, no apology, and no resolution. Very disappointed with such poor service and false promises.
