The pizza quality is third class. Every time I ordered, I regretted it. That is why I stopped ordering a month ago. I was a very old customer, ordering since the store first opened, but the quality has continuously worsened. The quantity is a joke, and there is no consistency at all—every order has a different amount of cheese. Another major issue is delivery. The delivery agents repeatedly ask customers to come downstairs. Are they not paid enough? At night, if you order around 2 or 3 AM, they call and say things like “I have more deliveries” or “I can’t come up, please come down.” This is unacceptable, especially when you promise doorstep delivery and clearly state that customers do not need to come down, even for late-night orders. Overall, very disappointing experience. The quality, quantity, and service have all gone downhill.
