I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior I faced today from one of your delivery executives. As per the call, the rider himself mentioned that he would arrive in 2–3 minutes. I specifically requested him to call me upon his arrival so that I could immediately come and collect the order, to which he agreed. After receiving his call, I came to pick up the order. He might have waited for around 5–7 minutes, but instead of handling the situation politely, he started arguing with me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner. His tone lacked basic courtesy and compassion, which is unacceptable in customer service. No customer deserves to be spoken to in such a rude way, regardless of the waiting time. I request you to take strict action against this delivery executive so that such behavior is not repeated with me or any other customer. Kindly confirm the action taken at the earliest.

Really very pathetic service. 1. Nobody wore a name badge so that we identify them. 2. At the counter a girl with flat nose (probably muskan) is inefficient to do the billing. She was typing my phone number and name from her mouse and in between she was doing other work. 3. At the right side of the counter, there is a small rooms where staffs were fighting very aggresively with loud voice to take an order. Staff doesn't know how to talk, everybody is there in their own zone with lot of talks and gossips. 4. After spending 15 min with muskan, my order was taken incorrectly. And another 10 mins for taking correct order as probably their keyboard was non functional. 5. My order was taken at 02:23 and item was handed over on 03:07. I don't know what they were cooking, also, during I was picking up my order, she said, "aap hi ho 65? Aap ka naam kyu nahi dikh raha ?". I said, "that you know mam, mujhe kaise pata hoga". 6. There are tables which are dirty with pizza boxes which is not being cleared for approximately half an hour. 7. I hve been dominos fan since almost 12 years now but this store is pathetic. I recommend not to visit this. Instead go for KFC nearby.

Domino's Pizza at Mahavir Enclave is a place to enjoy food . Parking problem at most of the times and crowdy area
