*1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience with Domino's* I recently ordered two pizzas from Domino's, but what I got was far from satisfactory. The pizza toppings and cheese were fallenv over the entire box and all the toppings concentrated on one side of both pizzas. It was like they just threw the toppings on without any care. To make matters worse, when I raised a complaint, the customer service representative acknowledged the issue and assured me that the amount would be refunded to my wallet within 24 hours. That was 5 days ago Wednesday bill number 187. and I'm still waiting for the refund. Despite raising multiple concerns, I haven't received any update or communication from the team. Mr. Shakti ( Dominos employee) is not responding over chat about the status. Can anybody tell how to escalate this concern to higher level? The lack of accountability and poor customer service is appalling. It's unacceptable that a brand like Domino's can't even bother to follow up on a customer's complaint. I expect better from a company that claims to deliver quality food and service. Until Domino's improves its service, I would think twice before ordering from them again. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I recently visited the Domino’s outlet at and had a pleasant experience overall. Ambience & Cleanliness: The store was neat and well-maintained, with a comfortable seating area and quick table cleanup. The ordering counter was organized, making it easy to browse the menu and place an order. Service: The staff was friendly and attentive. My order was ready within the promised 15 minutes. Food Quality: I tried the farmhouse, the crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh, and the cheese had that signature Domino’s melt. The garlic bread and dips were also delicious. Price & Value: Reasonable pricing for the portion size, especially with their combo offer.
