I visited there 3-4 times to avail the lunchbox offer all the time they dines fir the offer the said we are out of stock regularly I don’t know why they are lie because all the day their outlet is empty so where is the stock gone (khi essa toh nhi h ki ye lunchbox offer dena hi nhi chatey 🫡)

Here one more worst experience with Punjabi Bagh Branch.. The lady executive was so busy on counter she not at all listening to the us while taking order and she is in so rush to take order while talking on phone and responding to their co-executive.. did not at all assist properly and they are always finish with the large base and was so in rush.. she didn’t clear the order and took the wrong order and denied to correct it as according to her the upi payments were done.. She should not attend the call while taking order and first attend the customer in front than should pick the call or she should complete her call if she picked the call than listen to client and take my order. Apart from this she was coordinating with other two employees She messed up and given me wrong order

I was standing at the outlet for 10 mins and one worker is working but she did not even ready to listen and I back off without ordering . This is not a brand how should works
