The outlet is primarily meant for deliveries and is poorly maintained. There are flies and mosquitoes everywhere, and the insect catcher doesn’t work. The tables are small, the AC barely functions, and the lighting is dim. With only five tables, three of them right in front of the restroom and constant movement of delivery staff, it’s definitely not suitable for dining in. Do yourself a favour and visit a proper dine-in Domino’s outlet instead.

Very disappointing service. They are saying orders will only be taken online, and when I requested a small change, they refused to help. Staff was not cooperative at all. Not a good experience.

Serious Complaint Regarding Non-Vegetarian Food Served Against Vegetarian Order – Request for Immediate Resolution and Compensation I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order. I had explicitly ordered vegetarian food, but to my shock and dismay, I was delivered non-vegetarian items instead. Both my wife and I are strict vegetarians, and my wife is a Jain — our dietary restrictions are based on deep religious beliefs and sentiments. Consuming non-vegetarian food has caused us immense emotional distress and mental trauma, This experience has caused us significant mental agony and violation of our faith, and it raises serious concerns about the quality control and labeling practices at your outlet. I urge Domino’s to treat this matter with the utmost seriousness and provide a better and appropriate resolution, including: 1. A formal written apology from your company. 2. Full refund of the order amount. 3. Compensation for the emotional distress, mental suffering, and health impact caused to us due to your negligence. Please acknowledge receipt of this email and let me know the next steps toward a satisfactory resolution. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate it further to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and, if necessary, to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for appropriate legal action. I look forward to your immediate attention and response to this serious issue. Please find the attached picture. I Have mailed you since last 4 days but no response yet, if will not receive any response I will file a case.

Extremely disappointing experience from Domino’s Rajouri Garden! I ordered the new Sourdough Truffle Mushroom Pizza and Korean Flavour Garlic Bread — even called the store to request an extra bake. Still, the order arrived late, cold, and undercooked from the base. The pizza tasted raw and unpleasant. No oregano or chilli flakes were provided either — the delivery boy said he only had one sachet. When I called to complain, Store Manager Babita was rude, arrogant, and hung up the call, saying it was baked perfectly. The pictures tell a different story! The so-called Korean Garlic Bread was another disaster — no cheese oozing out, stuffing only in the middle two pieces, and the “Korean sauce” tasted like a mix of ketchup and Tabasco. Barely any jalapeños or corn. Honestly, I feel these big brands are taking Indian customers for granted. Because of the lenient consumer standards and lack of strict action, they think they can serve anything and get away with it. What they show in ads and pictures is nowhere close to what they deliver. It’s high time there are stricter rules and accountability for such brands. And as customers, we too need to stop accepting such poor quality and unprofessional behavior. Totally not worth the money or trust.
