I had just ordered 2 pizzas and 1 garlic bread from Domino's. Since I wasn't home at the time of delivery, my father received the order. But when I came home, I saw that the garlic bread was missing. So, I filed a complaint and then called the delivery person. He later came and delivered the garlic bread. After that, I received a call from someone named Babita from Domino's rajouri garden. Instead of apologizing, she started questioning me rudely, asking why I filed a complaint, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. Never going to order from dominoes from now on.

Very bad worst service visit at any type of hotel we foundBut the real disaster was the manager or the lady handling the front. She was rude, arrogant, and unbelievably unhelpful. Instead of listening to our genuine complaint and apologizing, she cut us off, rolled her eyes, and blamed us for their mistake. There was zero responsibility taken from her side. She was shouting at customers, ignoring feedback, and had no interest in resolving anything. I’ve never seen such bad customer service in a reputed franchise. We were left standing for more than 30 minutes while other customers who came later were being served before us. When we tried to speak up, we were met with complete ignorance. At one point, she even turned her back on us while we were mid-sentence. We were treated as if we didn’t matter. The worst part? She kept insisting they had done nothing wrong, even when the mistake was clearly theirs. No apology, no accountability. I’ve never felt so humiliated at a restaurant in my life. A complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and courtesy. Domino’s really needs to look into this outlet and especially the kind of people they hire as managers. This is not how you treat customers—especially regulars who come in with family, trusting a brand like Domino’s. Today’s experience made us feel like we had entered a third-class, untrained local food stall rather than an international pizza chain. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth the time, money, or the stress. There are plenty of better outlets and brands that actually care about their customers.
