I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your outlet. The staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to manage customer orders effectively. It took a considerable amount of time just to place my order, and once it was placed, I waited 40 minutes to receive it. This level of service is quite surprising, as I have not encountered such delays at other locations. Furthermore, I believe the seating arrangements and cleanliness of the outlet require attention. A comfortable and clean environment is essential for a pleasant dining experience. Regrettably, based on this visit, I am unlikely to return to this location in the future, nor would I recommend it to others. I hope you will address these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

disgrace on the name of hospitality. pizza was dry, plus had to wait so long to get it. pizza hut is better at this place.

I had ordered garlic bread, pizza, and choco lava cake, but the experience was very disappointing. The garlic bread was soggy, the pizza was cold and tasted reheated, and the choco lava cake was uncooked. I really didn’t expect this kind of service from Domino’s. Moreover, the staff at the counter didn’t ask us to pay while placing the order, but kept approaching us to pay while we were eating, which was quite uncomfortable. Kindly look into this matter, as such service is not expected.
