I ordered pizza but by mistake I add another pizza then I am trying too call the store and try to cancel the order but no option to cancel the order then I got the no of delivery person and he give phone to the authorised person and he told me that pizza is already ready like seriously then they cancel the order there is no option to cancel the order very disappointed.

Worst dominos ever.... They closes their delivery at 10:30 only...which dominos closes their delivery this early....in such a big city like delhi.

Dear Domino’s Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order (#172) placed on January 20th. The quality of the items received was far below the standard I expect from a brand like Domino’s. The Margherita pizza was severely burnt. The Green Wave pizza lacked flavor and was not enjoyable. We also ordered garlic bread, which did not meet expectations. When I attempted to log a complaint via your app, I received an automated response stating that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Unfortunately, no follow-up call was made. I then contacted your customer service number, where I was given the store manager’s contact information. However, every time I called, the call was disconnected, and I received an automated message saying the manager was driving and would return the call. This left me in an extremely awkward situation as I had guests at home, and we were forced to order from elsewhere. I was hoping that Domino’s would take my feedback seriously and offer a replacement order or a refund. However, neither of these was offered, and no effort was made to rectify the situation. I never expected such poor service and disregard for customer satisfaction from a brand of your reputation. I request that this issue be investigated, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
