I recently ordered a Paneer Capsicum Pizza, from Rohini sector 24 branch and to my shock, it was delivered uncooked. This is absolutely unacceptable, as it not only ruined the meal but also raised concerns about hygiene and food safety. To make matters worse, when I reached out to report the issue, your team refused to acknowledge the fault. Instead, they dismissed my concern by claiming this is what "cheese" looks like and even shared a random image from a previous order — which had nothing to do with mine. This kind of response is unprofessional, misleading, and extremely disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect at the very least: Properly cooked food Honest and helpful customer support.

First and last, they don't accept orders and payments,you have to order and pay online .And you'll have to wait till all the delivery orders before you have been sent. Pathetic
