I don't think their should be any one star to be select as they deserve a pathetic service to be a rating for the service which they have given today. I ordered around 8.53 pm, as my wife having craving for pizza as she is pregnant. I thought for dinner we will have and I have ordered so that atleast they will take one hour for service. But they have call and confirm and they have informed and nothing to track when my order will delivered. Except one msg the order is on they way. And they number they have updated it was not reachable and sometime call was ring but no one responded. After Domino's web site I called restaurant they said, order is on the way. Almost from my house it is approx 2km. But after 1 hour also they haven't delivered and again that restaurant did not picked up my calls also. The employees are very bad at restaurant vasant kunj outlet . Bad attitude my one employee as they have been called. Again I will never trust and will not order from Domino's.

Worst outlet of dominos..... never came across such idle and lazy staff at any outlet.... no one at counter to attend the customer... we were kept waiting there even after requesting for billing staff but everyone was busy on either phone or gossiping and resting on chairs.... Ms Priya finally came on counter but just to count the cash and having conversation with other staff ignoring us completely... not even a single greeting or any question as to why we are standing ... finally left disappointed without taking anything ....
