Order place at 2.14 pm Order pickup time from store was 2.24 I was at restaurant at 2.24 They said it will take 5 more min They gave me the order at 2.37, which was all dried and cold as if the forgot to give me the order. Staff said they are giving me another pizza in 15 min. Stood there till 3.15 but now the store manager wanted to give the pizza to a police guy refusing to give me the pizza and asked me to wait further. It is 3.58 and still the order is getting baked. You store manager wants to serve personal guest first rather than serving the customer who has paid for his order. Do you guys even have a quality check team who, visit stores and check how they are doing? I request you to please invest some amount on tht too.

Awful experience. Can't even imagine that a Domino's outlet could be this filthy. No maintenance at all, no service at all, filled with iadequate staff who do not understand the basics of handling customers. Extremely rude behaviour. Probably, the only reason why the outlet is still open is because of the online sales through Swiggy, Zomato, etc. Can't imagine myself or anyone known to me visiting the outlet anytime soon.
