Very disappointing experience. I ordered 6 pizzas and received them completely cold. I complained at the counter, after which they prepared the pizzas again and made me wait another 20–25 minutes. The second batch was hot, but the taste was absolutely terrible and unacceptable. Poor food quality and bad service overall. I will never visit this place again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Wrong order delivered. No customer care support to raise the concern. I had ordered a sourdough chicken pepperoni pizza and they have delivered this..

Very bad store with a very rude manager. Zero customer service and no regard for the brand name for which he is working

Very poor experience with them last night ordered Margherita pizza and calzone pocket for my kid .first of all outlet is nearby my home around 200 metres but they took around 1 hour in delivering. And the pizza and calzone pockets are so cold and saggy that my child is not able to eat it's just like a old rotten bread .Don't understand why the quality of this dominos outlet is detoriating day by day .On the other hand the delivery person told us that he will provide fresh and hot pizza again in exchange of this neither he fulfilled his words and not refund the money only 100 rupees they refund for their poor and saggy food. I should they need to change their chef and staff or either shut this branch of dominos.
