Domino's is a good option for tourists in Ooty. Spacious fast food restaurant in the prime place. Paid Parking is also mostly available. Very odd, yesterday, 12th April, 2025, they don't have any soft drinks on the shelf. But they served warm water.

It's not good to give 1 star also the worst branch......no response and today I ordered order 152 and 179..... No response we went directly there nobody is there customer also standing outside and after some fight they gave the food to us...... But it's very worst food quality is not good...... branch is in main area of Ooty more touristers are visiting........try to change all the things which is good for customers

A regular Domino's outlet, nothing too fancy or too less. The ambience of the place is good but kinda dull. Could have been a bit brighter. Parking is not available. it's either roadside parking or paid parking places nearby. The food was good and up to the company's standards, but the service was below average and delayed, and even takeaway was delayed. Maybe crowded during peak season times and during peak hours. Finding a table for seating shouldn't be a problem.

worst experience I ever had at any domios outlet. we ordered farmhouse and pepe paneer from this ooty outlet. food was delivered after 30 mins, but somehow on the app they marked it delivered before the expected time. After delivery the delivery boy begged to provide 5 star rating as it provide some perfomance issue on his side. so we did provide the 5 star rating but only after getting the package we found that pizzas were worst I have ever seen. no toppings, no taste and then the restaurant or dominos is not even picking calls
