Poor dine-in experience. Took 20 minutes just to place an order, no staff at the counter, and very slow service. No parking available — totally mismanaged.

Quite disappointed! Placed an online order with payment for dinner and waited for more than 3 hrs for order. Called the outlet, no one picked the call. Swiggy called on my behalf, still no response. Order never delivered and status says "will be delivered in less than 40 min" till next day morning. Called next day to check what happend with the order and came to know that they have not paid attention to my order. Simply said "sorry, can we refund?".
