Subject: Feedback on Half-Baked Pizza – Takeaway Order from Domino’s, Palakkad I placed a takeaway order from Domino’s near Government Victoria College, Palakkad, on 05/06/2025. The order included two large non-veg pizzas, one veg pizza, and two portions of garlic bread. We had to wait nearly 45 minutes to receive the order, which seemed longer than the usual baking time. Upon reaching home—about 21 km from the outlet—and opening the boxes, we were very disappointed to find that all the pizzas and garlic bread were only partially baked (at best, around 75% done). The pizza bases had a raw, doughy taste and texture. This was quite disappointing, especially after the long wait. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure better quality control in the future.
