Didn't have an ordered dip. Didn't cut the pizza into slices. Little to no garlic powder on the "garlic bread". Oregano and chilly flakes sachets (2-4) were charged and added to the bill. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a horrible experience today. I had ordered pizza for my family in Palakkad. The status showed delivered and the pizza wasn’t delivered . Also the delivery person switched off his phone. There were people waiting for dinner and imagine no food at 8 pm. The service is pathetic.

We opted for dine in and ordered peppy paneer (medium size) with coke. In a short the service was so so poor. From the point of order till the end. 1. No one came and took order instantly. We waited at the counter and some other one told to the other to take the order. 2. While waiting for the order, we found that they were not using gloves while preparing and all were speaking so loudly. The atmosphere completely made unpleasant. It was literally like a market. 3. We were so hungry. So when the pizza was came we just opened and added the seasonings. Then we noticed it was not sliced properly. We informed to them. And after that when we got it was sliced but unevenly. Totally we got frustrated by all the acts. Then we thought ok lets have it and go. Then the final one arrived. 4. The taste was not up to the mark. It was different which we were unable to explain. The paneer was having a sour taste, the pizza was oily (we ordered a normal one without any addings) and felt like not properly cooked. When we informed this too they were telling no this is the usual taste. But the fact is, it was not.... Total disappointment. We just had a slice and just closed the box and we left from there because it was better to not to have it.
