Food was delivered only after 1hr 45 mins from the booking time.If 10 mins rain is the reason for the delay they would have informed the customer which is the basic courtesy.Also,we continuously tried to reach them but no response. Atlast the pizza which we received after 1hr 45 mins hurdle ,pizza which we received is too cold. Imagine how terrible it was to have this cold pizza after this prolonged wait. Worst and terrible experience !!!! Disappointed 😒😕

THE WORST BRANCH EVER IN SERVICE. WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCED LAST 4 TIMES DELIVERED AFTER 1:45MINUTES OF PLACING THE ORDER. Not attending calls or responding properly. Worst branch and worst employess ever.

Waiting time is Huge. Food is good. Not excellent. Service is worst. Even it ready in App it will take 20-30 min to get.

Worst customer service. Staffs need to be taught basic manners while treating customers before anything. They did not deliver my order and did not mention it while taking the order.When asked the staff spoke rudely.
