Disappointed with my recent visit. I went to dine in, but the staff informed me they were not taking any dine-in orders—even though the seating area was open and available. Meanwhile, online orders were still being accepted and prioritized. It felt unfair that walk-in customers were being turned away or asked to order online instead of being served directly. Domino’s should ensure equal service for all customers, whether they order online or in person.

The store handler rejected the order preparation stating ther are crowded, but literally no one was sitting there.

Really disappointed! Went to order from Domino’s and they don’t accept credit cards — seriously, in 2025? It’s super inconvenient and unprofessional for such a big brand. Lost a loyal customer over a simple payment option.

Would have given them 0 if possible. Worst service ever. All they care about is online orders but the shop and their staff are the worst. Asked me to wait for two minutes to give them my order. Waited for ten, saw them chilling and working on their previous bills and cleaning tables and I was still not given a chance to order after 20 min. Would never recommend to go there to eat. Had to walk out because in the end with no order or food. The only thing saving them is zomato pressure i think
