Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable - The Most Pathetic Domino's in the Region Location: Domino's Pizza, Sector 25, Panchkula This specific Domino's outlet is, without exaggeration, the most pathetic, poorly managed, and frankly, dangerous fast-food establishment I have ever encountered. It is an absolute stain on the Domino's brand, and I urge management and Jubilant FoodWorks to conduct an immediate, thorough audit. Hygiene is a Serious Health Hazard The lack of cleanliness here is not just a minor issue—it is a serious public health concern. The store's maintenance is third-class. * The customer floor is thick with grime, appearing black and sticky as if it hasn't been properly cleaned in months. * The situation is even worse in the interior kitchen area, which is clearly visible. The overall lack of cleanliness is stomach-churning. * Most appallingly, I saw dead insects on the floor. This is inexcusable and indicates a complete disregard for hygiene standards and food safety. Abysmal Service and Staff Attitude Beyond the filth, the service is equally terrible. * There was no one available or willing to take orders at the counter. * The staff that was present was uninterested, unprofessional, and frankly, rude. They create a truly unwelcoming and irritating atmosphere. A Disrespect to High Customer Value Given that the average customer order value at this outlet is likely ₹500 or more, it is insulting that customers are expected to tolerate such a shocking lack of maintenance and respect. For the prices charged, a basic level of cleanliness, maintenance, and respectful staffing is the bare minimum expectation. This outlet is a complete embarrassment.
