I order pizza at 10:30 pm but i was waiting for pizza more then 30 minutes..! after that my order has been cancell automatically..! some time delivery boy said we can not reach at your address you have to come at my location..! very chip service and delay for order do not choose this place

ZERO STARS - ordered via dominos app - promised delivery time is 30 min. - I live exactly 1.8 kms away. - order delivered in 1 hour and 10 min (not a typo). More than DOUBLE the promised time. - rude & helpless delivery person. I regret having given him an advance tip of ₹30 while ordering on the app. - absolutely NO way via the app to reach a human customer support representative. - restaurant simply does not answer its phone listed on the app support. - pizza was COLD and so was the garlic bread. - delivery person is supposed to handover discount vouchers for my next order—this is mentioned by domino’s on their app (for delayed delivery). He refused point blank to do this. What a shame that a chain restaurant with 100s of SOPs can’t deliver a simple order flawlessly. Must be a completely shameless senior management issue.

The dine-in experience was extremely disappointing. There was no staff available to attend to customers, the chairs were broken, and the tables were infested with small insects. The overall hygiene was very poor, and the service was unreasonably slow.
