Very very very bad experience...no employees were there to take order ...waited for 20 mins still no one had the courtesy to come and take the order... I say shut down dominos Pizza baner branch

I always loved Dominos pizzas . So 5 Star to their quality of food Have been ordering from this Branch since more than decade . But their service has deteriorated with every pass year when it comes to Delivery order Looks like they are understaffed all throughout the year. Typical scenario- U order pizza Order hardly gets delivered on time . When you ask delivery boy about 30 minutes guarantee . They say have got No idea / authority about it . Call Store . And store hardly gets answered on time . In the meantime Delivery boy leaves the premises after delivering the pizza. Then this burning question of “ 30 minutes guarantee “ remains unanswered most of the time since we forget about it with passsage of time or you literally have to make 6-7 calls like “It was hr fault being a Dominoz customer “ to make the things straight . Very disappointing experience and when it comes to home delivery This branch is a serial offender

Most reckless staff..ordering thru app, they ll miss the item and send short order..then store and delivery guy keep playing blame game on delivery frequently..delivery mostly do not quality for 30min guarantee..and longer delayes ends up deliverying cold, tasteless pizza..absolute mess..!

Very bad service ordered online. The delivery was reported as delivered in 19 min and then received a call for sharing location. Very rude behaviour of delivery person and also store staff for not acknowledging the complaint
