Quality is not an issue ever I ordered. But the customer support is making fool to customers. I recently ordered pizza and instantly requested for extra oregano and chilli flakes and they confirmed that delivery boy will definitely bring it for you. But delivery guy said they didn't informed me also he couldn't bring atleast 2-2 oregano and chilli flakes. As a result I lost the taste. Atleast don't commit if you can't fulfill customer needs.

I had ordered 3 times from this store. 2 times i have received late order. 1 time I have received undercooked order. If you want to degrade your health please order from this store. Works like a poison. The two times I ordered from this store was of almost 800 rs. Both the time order got delayed by 2 hrs. Order was cold and undercooked. Even in their bill it is mentioned to be consumed within 2 hours. Even the dominos support does not help in such situations for addressing the queries. Had been customer of dominos for almost 10 years. Now regretting my choices. Should take this matter to consumer court for complaint. So they can improve their service.

Overworked & underpaid staff! Never on time! Dont opt for delivery options. Best is to dine in or take away.
