I ordered food from Swiggy, and it showed '2 minutes' for almost an hour. Swiggy tried to reach out to you but couldn't contact you. When we finally reached out to Swiggy, they said it was a delivery guy issue, but I'm sure it's a restaurant issue. You should apologize or handle it more professionally. I won’t order again from this branch

They will not give delivery before 1.5-2 hours. I ordered twice but haven’t received delivery both times. if you call store they will give you same reason that there lot of orders no matter it is weeend or week day.

Pathetic Service and totally mismanaged. Had placed a delivery order @ 1917hrs. Delivery location hardly not even 500m. Delivery was done after 1 hour @ 2032 hrs. Went to outlet to check, no one was on the counter. Then on inquiring they were just pushing things on one other and no reply nor resolution. Then again went to outlet on way back. Guess there was a supervisor or manager, asked him regarding order. He said I'll load it in 5mins. Even after that order was delivered after 20 mins (walkable delivery distance from store is 6 mins) and that too completely cold not even luke warm. Regret ordering @ Dominos Also no way you can contact Dominos. Even the toll free number was non responsive. Offlate Overall Dominos service has actually become worst and desi- no standards.!! Even a small udipi outlet service is much better than Dominos chain
