Worst service, delayed order by 2 hrs and didn't even have me option to cancel

My order was delayed for a long time with no proper updates.When I reached out for help, the customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful.The staff didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue, and the overall attitude was careless.By the time I received my order, the food was cold and completely ruined. Honestly, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I hope Domino’s seriously improves their customer service because this is not what customers expect after paying full price.

I ordered food from Swiggy, and it showed '2 minutes' for almost an hour. Swiggy tried to reach out to you but couldn't contact you. When we finally reached out to Swiggy, they said it was a delivery guy issue, but I'm sure it's a restaurant issue. You should apologize or handle it more professionally. I won’t order again from this branch

They will not give delivery before 1.5-2 hours. I ordered twice but haven’t received delivery both times. if you call store they will give you same reason that there lot of orders no matter it is weeend or week day.
