I used like Dominos Pizza but this Hadapsar Branch Food i felt that smelling something bad i dont know why but i stopped further going in Dominos.

Points scam at this outlet for the Crazy Cheesy Rewards Program!! The billing clerk will not aks for your mobile number. Bill shows point added to account. When you ask how to redeem, she will call the manager Akshay. He will then try to misguide you saying 'points will be redeemed on your next online order'. When I countered him that how does the app know my piints when you haven't taken my number, then he immediately changed stance saying 'by mistake your number was not added. We will get this done from backed. Domino's is a national brand and such instances reduce their brand image, at least for me. I don't know what else is goingbin the kitchen in the ingredients and other practices. We had ordered for Juicy Boneless Chicken alongside other items. It was a takeaway. When we armte the food and rechecked the bill, they had billed Spicy Boneless Chicken!! Pathetic store experience!

Worst experience of ordering from here. They takes more than 1 hour for 4 pizza order and deliveres cold pizza and did not apologise. Quality of pizza going down drastically in india. Not ordering again from here.

Apart from their pizza, the whole experience is bad. Especially the lady in the counter. Staffs are not professional. They are clearly understaffed, delaying the whole process.
