Worst experience ever on children's day 😪 the team of this particular store is not capable or that able to handle the orders which they receives in bulk or not able to manage properly. My yesterdays order was about to take 2 to 3 hours so I went to the store to cancel my order, after a day the application still shows my order is placed and still the cancelation is pending and I am waiting for the refund to initiate for the same. I think that the store manager should work properly on quality and customer service should take on consideration prior--

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Extremely Poor Pizza Quality & Delayed Delivery Dear Domino’s Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent order from Domino’s. The experience was far below the quality I expect from your brand. Issue Summary: • The pizza delivered was extremely spicy, far beyond normal taste levels. • It arrived cold and rubbery, making it almost inedible.it was undercooked. • The preparation and delivery time took over 1 hours, which is unacceptable. Because of these issues, I could not enjoy my meal and it completely ruined my dining experience. I request a full refund or a replacement order at the earliest. I hope you will treat this matter seriously and ensure such poor service does not repeat in the future. Looking forward to a quick response.

The pizza costing 850 rs tasted like basi roti it was delivered from Nanded city pune outlet. It was cold and not in eating condition. The complaint was given only toll free number and I am sure it is of no use. I will advise everyone if you feel to have a pizza never visit any Domino's outlet.

Worst quality pizza was cold and not in the condition to eat it was delivered from Nanded city Pune outlet. This is my second bad experience with dominos. I will advise please dont prefer dominos if you want to have pizza.
