Ordered pizza specially from here for kids birthday party kids specially wanted peppy paneer ! Being preferring the Domino’s brand we go for here but veryy dissappointed and upset!!! Order value was also above 2k The peppy paneer pizza came without paneer not a single piece of paneer !!! We will shift to another brand now and make kids realise they can no more go for Domino’s ! The customer service callled and was sooo rude she was just doing for formality the feedback response to fill records!! She didn’t care no one cares actually as there is lot of crowd still prefer but we will need to move away from this brand and try other options seeing they won’t change ! Definately not sticking to Domino’s anymore ! Pizza Hut or cheeziano or new brands to try please don’t ever go here !!!

I would have given zero rating if available. Worst service. Staff is not responsive and give wrong update. My order was never kept in the oven and was missed by staff and I kept getting updates 5mts..5mts Taste is also not upto mark. Thy think nothing will matter to them .. complaint or ratings...

Third class service. I have ordered Non Veg Taco online and got call from them that item is not available and then they cancelled the ordered. After 30 min or so i checked item was still appearing on their website and on swiggy as well . This time i placed the order through swiggy and boom . They called me again and cancelled the order. This outlet in particular had worst management system with untrained staff . This has happened with me earlier as well . Items are not available but still that would be listed . Not sure why Dominos letting them damage their reputation.
