I ordered a pizza from the Domino’s Katraj-Kondhwa Road outlet, and their service was extremely poor & third-class. They did not follow Domino’s standard guidelines. My order was delivered 1 hour late, and despite the delay, they refused to refund my money.

I ordered a pizza from this shop, but it was so bad and cold. When the pizza arrived, its condition was terrible. The quality was extremely poor, and this is not the first time — it has happened many times before. Also, their delivery boys ask for a 5-star review in advance. Very bad and third-class quality service.

I've been to so many Domino's outlets and have also ordered home delivery multiple times.. this is THE WORST outlet I've seen... Most of the times they don't have one of the ordered items / send wrong items without informing customer / today taste is also very very bad.. 1. Incomplete order has been delivered (as usual) 2. just a pizza base with almost no cheese and toppings have been delivered.. you call that a pizza.. !!!????

Not in good place and this outlet is mostly for home delivery only. Also these guys for last 2 orders they asked us to come personally collect the order from outlet. They did not provide home delivery saying there is no delivery due to no delivery guy
