I’ve ordered from this Domino’s outlet multiple times, and the experience has consistently been disappointing. They frequently send the wrong items (like choco lava instead of Red Velvet), give less quantity, and orders are always delayed. I never complained earlier because I hoped the service would improve on its own, but the last order was so bad that I had to raise the issue. Zomato and Domino’s then provided a refund in the form of Domino’s credit, but the outlet now refuses to accept any order placed using that credit. So after delivering poor-quality and incorrect food, they offer a refund that the customer can’t even use. It feels completely misleading, and the service at this outlet has been consistently pathetic.

The place is ok I guess but the service was subpar as our order took almost 1 hour to JUST make them we ourselves had to go to take it despite being a delivery pizza. But the pizza was good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this particular Domino’s outlet. Every aspect of my order and service was below expectations. Food Quality: The pizza tasted stale, poorly prepared, and nowhere near the usual Domino’s standard. Service: The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. There was no courtesy, no proper communication, and overall very poor customer handling Timeliness: My order was delayed far beyond the promised time, and no proper explanation was given. Overall, this outlet really needs major improvement in quality, service, and management. Definitely not satisfied, and I would not recommend this location to anyone until they fix these issues.

It's totally worst experience, mostly I order from this outlet always they are late almost 2 hours late it's routine for them only , and after so wait got wrong pizza n small size what a service they have its totally worst outlet. Dominos is brand but now I don't think so..... Please improve it and please return my payment.....
