It’s been an hour since I placed the order, but I still haven’t received it. On top of that, no one answers the calls or gives any response. This happens every single time—there’s no proper service or support. The store just responds with “yes, yes” but doesn’t actually do anything.

Very disrespectful staff. I ordered 3pizzas worth ₹1620. My order did not arrive for an hour. At last i had to go drive to the store in rain. And there they are telling me its left for delivery. I had them call back the driver to the store. They said we can only give ₹300 discount. The lady manager was very rude. The pizzas were sitting on the counter but not sent forward for delivery. She was very rude and said “i will cancel your order then” when i said i will pay half the amount. Also said “the order was coming at your doorstep why did you even come here?” And my pizza was ice cold because it had been made and packed already an hour ago. The place is absolutely disgusting. They don’t even clean it. All the staff members are too full of themselves. The manager was behaving as if i was taking money away for my compensation from her salary. If i wouldn’t have come down to the store, i probably wouldn’t have gotten any compensation. This place should actually shut down.

Very bad service not expected from dominos. I ordered different meal the staff specially that lady take another meal and then I have to pay extra charges she is saying no for refund also She ignore me after her mistake rude behavior towards customer 👎 Sitting tables are also not cleaned Not expecting this form dominos

Don't dare to go in this outlet, horrible service, took around half an hour to deliver a pizza, chicken thigh came was non edible. Don't dare visiting here..!!
