1/5 — Disappointed with Food and Service at Domino’s Baner I recently visited the Domino’s outlet at Baner and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The food quality was below expectations – the pizza was not fresh, the crust was hard, and the toppings tasted bland. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being served. The service was equally poor. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, and there was a long wait time even though the store wasn’t very crowded. Basic hygiene and cleanliness standards also appeared to be lacking. Overall, it did not feel like the Domino’s experience I’m used to. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the food and the service

It was very bad experience with this store. Not a single table was cleaned properly Everywhere there are used pizza boxes & when I have asked them to clear one table they refused to do so.

The worst Pizza and Stuffed Garlic bread I ever had! Worst store, manager and attitude. Order was firstly delivered in 45 minutes and when asked for replacement, they just re-heated the same pizza and sent back. I feel, just cancelling would have been better, rather than eating raw dough with no toppings and bad quality cheese!!!!! And the edges turned hard as stone due to re-heating. Avoid this store, infact shut it down!!!!
