😡 SCAMMED by Swiggy/Domino's: A ₹1700 Nightmare Delivery! 😡 Buyer Beware: Do NOT let this happen to you. Our recent order was an absolute disaster from the moment it arrived to the very last, terrible bite. 1. The Forced 5-Star Review Scam The delivery partner for our ₹1700 Domino's order (placed via Swiggy) forcefully pressured my wife to submit a 5-star review before we had even opened the package. This manipulative tactic prevents customers from giving honest feedback about the actual food quality. 2. The Unspeakable Food Quality Once we finally ate, we felt completely scammed: HORRIBLE Taste: The food was virtually inedible. It had a terribly bland, shocking flavor that made us regret the entire purchase. ZERO Sauce Included: When I called Domino's to ask why there was no sauce, I was informed that they now require customers to purchase every single packet of sauce separately! Not a single accompanying packet was provided with our large order. 3. The Customer Service Black Hole After this terrible experience, neither company offered a solution: I called Swiggy to update the review, but their representative claimed they do not have the capability to edit or remove a review that was submitted under duress. The overall response from both companies was a complete refusal to resolve the issue or acknowledge the poor quality of the service and food. This is a clear warning: Be cautious when using Domino's and the Swiggy platform. The combination of forced 5-star reviews and terrible, unseasoned food (with no basic condiments provided) is a major issue that needs attention.
