Hello there , I was a Domino’s today at 10:30 pm at the Magarpatta Outlet. I was giving the order to this Lady named Pranjali who was talking very rude when I first gave the order. I was with my Friend Aananya , also she said that there is something wierd so We ignored at first. Later , I got a message from Dominos that the order is ready you can Pick up from counter. Just for the confirmation If it is ready or not I asked the same lady again, but before I could say anything, she very rudely replied that it will take more five minutes. My concern here is I don’t say that she was an employee and I was a customer so she should respect me or she is below me or something like that. But I believe that every human should respect any other human being if talking politely. But this was not clearly the case with this lady named Pranjali.I would highly request Dominos to go ahead and speak to such employees and request them not to speak with customers like this because we were polite and she was rude which I think was not ethical. Rest it is upon your team how you take this further. Thank you

When you go for it, always use the dominos app to make an order. You will get some cashback and also a chance of a good offer. I got an offer of free pizza so I was confused to select the dine in or delivery option. But for dine in there was no cashback. And for the delivery option I have got 30 ₹cashback. So I selected the delivery option and told to counter my order number and got pizza there and I enjoyed it.
