Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Franchise for Deliveries !!! Date: 7th August 2025 Terrible experience. I strongly advise against ordering from this franchise. They consistently fail to deliver on time, and the delivery executives are shockingly rude and indifferent to customer concerns. My order was delayed for over 1.5 hours without even being picked up. None of the listed contact numbers were reachable during this time. After nearly 2 hours, I finally received a call from the delivery person—Truecaller showed the name as Aakash (number withheld). When I asked about the delay, he rudely replied, “Nahi chahiye hai toh cancel kar de order” and hung up on me. I was genuinely stunned by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I immediately contacted the toll-free number and was told the issue had been logged and I’d receive a callback within 24 hours. It’s been extremely disappointing to see such poor service levels. Even the customer care support was unhelpful and apathetic. Zero regard for customer satisfaction. Would never recommend.

Spacious and Clean Outlet I really liked this outlet. The place is quite spacious compared to many others I’ve been to, and the interior is nicely done. It’s clean and well-maintained, which makes the experience even better. The staff here is polite and seem well-trained. There was a bit of a wait for the order, but that’s understandable considering the crowd it's clearly a popular spot.
