Very disappointed. Unhygienic. Very bad service at all. Staff don't co-operate well, like other outlets do, staff was very unprofessional, took half hour for 1 chicken sausage pizza and 1 stuffed garlic bread, tablets were not cleaned properly.

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Domino’s Failed to Issue Refund After Late Delivery I had a terrible experience with Domino’s recently. My order was delivered 45 minutes late, clearly breaching their 30-minute delivery guarantee — and yet, no refund has been issued even after 3 days. I raised multiple complaints, but there has been zero action. What’s worse is that I provided a fully reachable phone number, but Domino’s keeps falsely claiming it’s not reachable — I haven’t even received a single missed call from them. It's obvious they are not even trying. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one picks up, and they never call back. The customer service is non-existent, and the entire issue has been completely ignored. Domino’s talks big about customer satisfaction, but in reality, they are completely unreliable when it comes to handling complaints. Very disappointing for a brand of this scale. I will think twice before ordering again.

It is a run down place, no AC. Tables no cleaned. They should just close the shop and keep it for Delivey only. They don’t take walk in orders. No one at the counter to even take the orders
