Truly Disappointing Service I ordered from this Domino’s branch and I am extremely frustrated. My pizza still hasn’t been delivered after more than an hour of waiting. The store number is constantly unreachable, and even the delivery executive refuses to pick up my calls. There is zero communication, zero accountability, and absolutely no concern for customer experience. I placed my order in good faith, expecting even a basic level of service. Instead, I got nothing but disappointment and wasted time. Not only is my food missing, but there’s also no way to contact anyone at the store—nobody cares to answer. This is not what a leading pizza brand should be known for. If this is how Domino’s treats its customers, I will definitely think twice before ordering here again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this branch at all costs.

I recently ordered the Stuffed Paneer Tikka, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The item had a very unpleasant, almost spoiled/fishy smell and tasted extremely bad — it was clearly not fresh and felt completely inedible. This is unacceptable, and I feel it was a total waste of money. Such poor quality from a trusted brand like Domino’s is very disappointing.

We ordered online today because the place didn’t seem hygienic during our last visit. Unfortunately, the online experience was just as bad. The food was delivered cold, and the packaging was not proper at all. Chicken was not baked with pizza at all and sprinkle only after pizaa ready..Very disappointed with both hygiene and delivery standards. Hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements.
