Get out 2nd time without eating against poor service. Absutly reduculas attender!! Can't take order while I'm too much waiting with my daughter's. Kindly check CCTv if required Prof!!! Management required took it seriously!!!!

I placed an order for home delivery, which was actually delivered after approximately 50 minutes. However, the delivery executive incorrectly marked the order as delivered within 26 minutes, which is a false and misleading delivery update. Additionally, the delivery executive displayed unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. He was consuming a tobacco product (gutka) at the time of delivery, which reflects poor hygiene standards and is completely inappropriate for food delivery. When I informed him that I would raise a complaint regarding this behavior and the incorrect delivery status, he responded arrogantly and threateningly, stating, “Do whatever you can, I don’t care.” This response was intimidating, and I felt unsafe during the interaction. Despite the seriousness of the situation, I was unable to find any emergency or escalation contact through the help center to report this behavior immediately. Due to the false delivery reporting, hygiene violations, and threatening conduct of the delivery executive, I have lost trust in the service and have decided to uninstall the application and discontinue using Domino’s services. In such situations, a refund is insignificant, as the primary concern is customer safety and accountability.
