I ordered through zomato & even after more than 1.5 hour they didn’t delivered the order. & Even if you order on Dominoz app, they do not deliver on time. Very pathetic service.

Worst experience ever. Misleading delivery time and zero support. At the time of ordering, the app clearly showed 30 minutes delivery, which is the only reason I placed the order. However, the delivery took more than 1.5 hours, which is completely unacceptable and misleading. What made this experience even worse was that the store did not accept calls at all. I tried calling multiple times to check the status of my order, but there was no response, no update, and no accountability. This is false commitment, poor service, and unprofessional behavior. If a store cannot meet the promised delivery time, it should not show unrealistic delivery estimates or accept orders. This delay ruined my plans and caused unnecessary frustration. Extremely disappointed with this Domino’s outlet. Worst service experience.
