I cannot even begin to explain how angry and annoyed I am right now. Your service is an absolute disaster. My order was delayed by 1–2 hours and the worst part is that there was ZERO communication, ZERO updates, and ZERO responsibility from your side. Do you people even understand the meaning of customer service? If you can’t deliver on time, then stop making big promises just to take orders. I wasted my time sitting like a fool waiting for something that should’ve reached me long back. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. It really feels like customers mean nothing to you. I am honestly disgusted with this experience. This is not a ‘delay’, this is pure negligence and careless attitude. If this is how you operate, then you shouldn’t even be in business. I am done trusting your service and I’ll make sure people around me know exactly how unreliable and pathetic your delivery system is. Fix your mess or don’t expect customers to stay

They took 1 hr to deliver pizza. Also never received call. 2nd time this happened they do not deliver pizza at for 1 hr. You will have to eat cold food. They should shut this outlet asap. They cannot give service to customers properly. Worst experience for 2nd time. (Sadashiv peth branch)
