We are here at 10:20 but serviceman said we are not able to taken any counter order because of low staff count. This is very unprofessional reason & shop closing time is 11 pm.

(Original) पिझ्झा वाल्या लोकांना मराठीत वाचता यावा म्हणून मराठीत review देत आहे..... काल रात्री ८ च्या सुमारास मी ६-१ पिझ्झा ची ऑर्डर दिली. ऑर्डर प्लेस झाली आणि ४५मी. च टायमिंग दाखवत होता.घड्याळाचा काउंटडाउन सुरू झाला...पहिले तर घड्याळ व्यवस्थित चालू होतं अर्धा तासानंतर ते घड्याळ अडकल आणि डायरेक्ट डिलिव्हरी का माणूस निघाला तेव्हा सुरू झालं...तेव्हा माझ्या घड्याळ मधे ९:३० वाजले होते....यामध्ये मी पिझ्झा सेंटर वाल्यांना कॉल केला तर invalid नंबर..आणि मग कॉल सेंटर वाल्यांना तर कॉल सेंटर त्याहून खराब अवस्था....डायरेक्ट कॉल कट करत होते म्हणून की तुमची ऑर्डर थोड्यात वेळात पोहोचेल असे म्हणून....मग डिलिव्हरी पार्टनर आला पूर्ण दीड तासानंतर....आणि मी त्याला जाब विचारला.....की काय इतका वेळ .....तर त्याने मला पाहिले काहीच नाही सांगितले.....मग सांगितलं की दुसरी पण ऑर्डर होती.....अजून म्हणत होता की ६ पिझ्झा बनवायला वेळ लागतो....नंतर मि वर आलो आणि पिझ्झा ओपन केला तर सगळा थंड झालेले त्याला काहीच चाव न्हवती......सगळे पिझ्झा मी मंदिरात जाऊन भिकारीला दिले.....तो पण म्हणाला साहेब थंडी आहे जरा गरम तरी पिझ्झा द्यायचा.....म्हंटले भाऊ.....त्या चिखली च्या पिझ्झा सेंटर ला जा आणि त्यांना सांग की काय सर्विस देता तुम्ही लोग म्हणून.....बंद करा म्हणून तुम्हाला सांहाळता येत नसेल तर .. खर तर मला एक स्टार पण द्यायचा न्हवता पण त्या शिवाय ही पोस्ट होणार नाही म्हणून देतोय.
