Ordered online, I think this shop tries to make profit by skipping/not adding topping even though paid while placing order. This has happened 2 times with me. First time I thought it was by mistake, but this time I think deliberately they are not adding topping to make profit for online orders. Not recommended at all this Sus branch.. unprofessional service..

I recently ordered pizza from this store, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The delivery boy, SONA RAM, was incredibly rude. He insisted that I go to a nearby road location to pick up my order, despite my address being correct. I calmly explained that I have placed over 40+ orders with this store in the past, and no one has ever asked me to pick up from road location. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when he raised his voice and hang up the call in a very unprofessional and rude manner. I submitted a complaint to Domino's, but there was no resolution. I would strongly advise DO NOT ordering from this location. It's a waste of time and effort, and the lack of unprofessionalism.

Very pathetic service. I had ordered garlic bread at 8pm and received at 12. This is 3rd time they delivered order after 2 hours. I am throwing the entire order in dustbin.
