This was a Delivery order that was messed up, by handing over a wrong Pizza The phone number mentioned in the Automated Chat service was not operational Therefore, I had to visit the outlet The overall situation in the shop was more than horrible There was a huge chaose at the counter with a totally confused person was not able to handle just two people standing infront of her I had to wait for my turn to explain the order mistake, then had to wait for the Floor manager to emerge from somewhere inside. He agreed to replace my Pizza and asked me to wait - that was fair The 20 minutes wait for another horrific experience to watch the staff - Deliver Boys, Counter Staff and the kitchen staff shouting, fighting, screaming and blaming at each other with absolutely no control on the situation I really would suggest not to order anything from such a place where the food is prepared in such an environment filled with anger, displeasure and hatred,
