The store refused to deliver to my home, claiming a 5km limit, even though my house is within 4.2–4.3 km and has received deliveries earlier through the official Domino’s app. They even asked me to come to the highway to collect the order, which is unreasonable. The delivery boy was polite and helpful, but the store staff and manager were rude and unprofessional. There is also no proper customer support to resolve such issues. Very disappointing experience from a brand like Domino’s.
