Place was not clean and none of the ac was working . Call the staff 5 time no response and then i called the helpline no. The the staff came and she was rude because i have made a call to the helpline no. But then also there was no cleaning process....

I writing to share my concern and complaint regarding Domino's store in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India. Today on 06.04.2025 I placed my order at 21:54 which was covered under 30 minutes guaranteed delivery. My order number is 251. When half an hour passed I called the store for the update on my order. They said the order is delayed due to the delivery boy stuck in traffic but he assured me that the order will be delivered. After waiting for another few minutes I called the store two more times but I got the same reply as above. At sharp 22:51 on 06.04.2025 I got an update on my WhatsApp that my order has been cancelled. This is really pathetic service by Domino's. My concern are below: 1. I didn't received any call from the store regarding my order updates. 2. When I called, the store manager seems least interested. He also gave me wrong information everytime I called. 3. I did not received any call from Domino's before cancelling my order. If the order was not to be delivered the store should have informed me earlier. 4. I need action against the store manager and the team at Domino's store RAIGARH CHHATTISGARH INDIA or else I have no option but to lodge a complaint with consumer forum, as I feel like I am being fooled by the store. I hope my concerns are heard and I also hope for a quick redressal of the issue. I am attaching few screenshots for your reference. Regards A fooled consumer.
