Delivered cold food. Delivery guy took money first then handed over the food which cold. I had to returned the order. Always happen with this pathetic outlet. Very poor service. Now I have to follow up with them for refund. I have raised complaint many times before also. Issue happens most of the time on food delivery.

It's 12:44 in the night when I order some food form domino's. They accept the order but when the delevery time came the delevery guy called me and said. He didn't delever at my area. Insted i have to came to the store and accept the order. I mean I didn't have vehicle to travel that's why I order online. Worst customer service from dominoz if you guys are not capable to delever with the your area then why are you accepting the order.
