I am puzzled as to why they are undermining the brand reputation of Domino's and its standards. Firstly, it is necessary to correct the name of location showing with the name to avoid confusion among visitors, as it is not situated in Rajkot. Rajkot is approximately 100 kms away from this location. This outlet is located on a highway, where commuters frequently stop to dine. Therefore, maintaining proper cleanliness and timley service is vital. During our visit, there was a noticeable absence of staff to cater to customers, and the tables were littered with trash. It is also essential for patrons to exhibit basic civic sense. The outlet's cleanliness was unsatisfactory. We ordered a pizza meal, which took longer than expected to deliver. However, the taste was consistent with Domino's usual standards. Unfortunately, there was no option for cold beverages. It is essential that they enhance their service and cleanliness standards.

Decent, Not Good but not Very Bad either. Not much space to sit and eat peacefully. We had to clean our table ourself. Staff was friendly but the experience was not. The level of dominos else where is just amazing in front of this. Suggestion: maintain proper cleaning once previous customer leaves. (Due to different in experience the taste also felt different.)

Many customers were having their Pizza but still the Dominos representative denied to take our order. This has to be taken care of for better business perspectives.
