The only complain I have is u all should increase the delivery distance a bit atleast till the jambhufata stop it's not a lot just few meters currently I have come to snehal medical to get the delivery

unethical and more importantly i feel they are not train, they don't know how to deliver the for on train according to PNR status. i have order the food on train in Ratnagiri store 1.5 hours before reaching to ratnagiri because on domino's app i was not able to place the order on deliver on train due to technical issue in the app. so i place the order through delivery option and in address i mentioned complete details my pnr no, coach and seat no, as well as address of particular station...and they confirm my order. when i reached ratnagiri Railway Station then didn't come, i get the store number through helpline in domino's app.. and i called them to ask for my order.. they said sir i called you you didn't pick the call (first of all delivery person were lying) i didn't get any single call from their end... he was thinking like i am a fooled...and he has cancelled my order and he don't know i have mentioned my pnr number so he could have check the train status... most of the time i order for panvel station they used to deliver me on time... but Ratnagiri store people don't know about this... because this order i was really waiting coz i was fasting my roza and was very hungry... i wish i could give -- star (minus) for this Ratnagiri outlet
