The customer service is very poor. In a takeaway order, when you reach the store after getting the order ready for pickup message, then they start preparing your food when you have reached the store and you will have to wait extra. Upon asking, they say they work like this only. Upon calling the customer care, it connects me to the same guy as the store manager to whom I communicated earlier.
