I usually don't write reviews, but my recent experience at this Udit Nagar Domino's restaurant was absolutely unacceptable. I placed a simple order for delivery, and not only did it arrive late but also cold. When I called the store to ask for a resolution, I was shocked by how I was treated. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment he answered the phone. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue, he spoke over me, acted like I was lying, and even hung up mid-conversation. When I called back, he refused to give his name and claimed that I had received everything, which was completely false. It felt like they were trying to cover up their mistake rather than own up to it. When I went to the store to discuss it in person, the manager again refused to help and accused me of “making things up to get free food.” I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business, and the attitude from management was not just unprofessional—it was downright disrespectful and borderline fraudulent. This was not just a bad pizza night—it was an experience that left me feeling scammed and insulted. Domino’s should seriously reconsider who they have running this location, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects horribly on the brand. For reference I am attaching the receipt of the order also check the order time and the delivery time.
