Nowadays dominos become very bad... recently had worst experience... delivered cold pizza.. pathetic taste...extra cheese were not there..Even after the feedback for somebody to look upon the issue..no follow up...

Double cheese margarita pizza on Swiggy was not delivered and no proper response from them and asking that they can deliver the order tomorrow morning Waste of money and time. Same happened few months ago with same shop. Ordered food and waited for 3 hours and not proper response from Swiggy and dominos worst experience ever.

I had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s delivery. My order clearly mentioned seasoning packets on the bill, but the delivery agent claimed they were out of stock. When I called the store, they confirmed it was available and even shouted at the agent for forgetting it. This shows it wasn’t out of stock, but his mistake. When I confronted him, he resisted, became rude, and even abused me instead of apologizing. He disrespectfully told me to go and collect the seasoning from the store myself, which is unacceptable. I even overheard that another customer had the same complaint, so this is clearly a repeated issue. The pizza was dry & cold, and this is not the first time I’ve faced problems with this outlet. I had hoped they had improved, but clearly nothing has changed. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
