Absolutely horrible delivery experience! First of all, these guys charge half of the orders price for the delivery only, and the food arrives more than 1 hour later, cold, stale, damp. Like why do you take delivery charges then? What's the point, they give an excuse it's staff shortage, then just don't take a delivery fee if you can't provide best service and take more than 1 hour 15 minutes just to order a 2-item delivery! Just don't do online delivery if you're not capable! There's no credibility when you promise a 20-25 minute delivery and take 1 and a quarter hour for a simple delivery!

This outlet should be closed !! Firstly they marked the order delivered without delivering and blamed us that we took the pizza from different location then on pressuring them the delivery boy accepted that he gave to pizza to someone else and he will be deliveringit to me soon but when we got the pizza my younger brother who is a pizza fan hopped into it and finished 3/4 th of it bt when we took the slice the chicken was smelly stale pizza it was ! Now my brother is sick . I complained to Dominos and then got a call from “Suvankar”the manager who threatened me that he will see what i can do ! This behaviour is unacceptable! Stop giving jobs to illiterates ! I will put this up in consumer court ! Third class please don’t visit here

The food we first tried to order wasn't available then we didn't recieve the ketchup, oregano packets. There were no orderable beverages or water. We also didn't recieve any tissue paper. At last the pizzas were also not good considering their prices

Toooooo late, too late i mean tooooo late, and most of the times they don’t have all the things of the menu. Disappointing & disgusting 🤢🤮🤮💩💩🤢🤢🤢

Such a worst experience everytime whenever I come to dominos😏 Everything is ok but I really don’t like the behaviour of your lady staff that lady on the counter taking order always rude Why?? ha..How can you keep such type of staff in your Domino's I have to repeatedly asked for my order , I will never ever visit in your dominos again very dissapointed. Tarapur Dominos is really good in all respect👍
