This Goldighi mall outlet delivery service is very bad and the pizza is also stale and tasteless. Tarapur outlet I used to get my orders within 30 minutes and if it was going to be late they would let us know beforehand. But this Goldighi mall one, they take an hour or sometimes even longer. The app shows that the order has already arrived, but the delivery is very late. If you can’t deliver on time, just tell us prior or don't take the charges. Very disappointed, it happened three times now.

Pathetic service and rude behaviour faced at Domino's Pizza goldichi mall outlet on 14/12/25.When the order was approx one hour delay , we visited store . behaviour of staff was pathetic and disappointing....wen asked about status of the online order , reply was box is with them and not yet delivered and handed over the box to me. Upon raising concern reply was to check it is still fresh. Wen I asked the reason for delay ...response was shortage of staff. Usually before accepting order Domino's sends message about probable delay in order, if we accept the condition only den they accept order, but yesterday I received no such message .While communicating the same to floor staff , staff replied he has nothing to do with that and replied in a very insulting way. When I confronted him about his behaviour, he further kept misbehaving. Supervisor came and she could not acknowledge my Complain rather started threatened of cancelling the order, threw the box towards me, asked to leave the store or else will call security guard and made more insulting comments..then came another supervisor....seeked appology and assured of addressing my complain and assured of receiving call from supervisor....24 hours passed and has not recieved any call from their end.frustrated I made post in facebook...form filled and sent ...no reply...shame on Domino's for hiring such staff and not imparting proper training for customer assistance and not able to acknowledge customer grievance on time...... disappointed. Have sent mail as per your reply.....let's wait n watch how Domino's is going to handle this or is juz making false acknowledgement of complain

Absolutely horrible delivery experience! First of all, these guys charge half of the orders price for the delivery only, and the food arrives more than 1 hour later, cold, stale, damp. Like why do you take delivery charges then? What's the point, they give an excuse it's staff shortage, then just don't take a delivery fee if you can't provide best service and take more than 1 hour 15 minutes just to order a 2-item delivery! Just don't do online delivery if you're not capable! There's no credibility when you promise a 20-25 minute delivery and take 1 and a quarter hour for a simple delivery!

This outlet should be closed !! Firstly they marked the order delivered without delivering and blamed us that we took the pizza from different location then on pressuring them the delivery boy accepted that he gave to pizza to someone else and he will be deliveringit to me soon but when we got the pizza my younger brother who is a pizza fan hopped into it and finished 3/4 th of it bt when we took the slice the chicken was smelly stale pizza it was ! Now my brother is sick . I complained to Dominos and then got a call from “Suvankar”the manager who threatened me that he will see what i can do ! This behaviour is unacceptable! Stop giving jobs to illiterates ! I will put this up in consumer court ! Third class please don’t visit here
