I came here alone in afternoon as I've to taste the only dominos in siliguri which I didn't tasted. And whatever I came from court more. The distance i travelled for this was okish. The perfect dominos. The barbeque pizza was so much good. The taste and overall the service was Ice on the water.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this Domino’s outlet. I had placed an order for a Pepper Barbeque Chicken pizza at 9:51 PM, but to my disappointment, the order was cancelled at 11:06 PM after keeping me waiting for over an hour. Despite repeated assurances that my order would be delivered, the staff continued cancelling orders, which created confusion and disarray. Customers were misinformed with excuses such as a faulty oven and even asked to cancel their own orders. This experience caused me unnecessary inconvenience, wasted my time, and reflected poorly on the professionalism of the outlet’s staff. Such handling of customer service is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that Domino’s management takes corrective measures to improve both operations and accountability at this branch.
