I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this Domino’s outlet. I had placed an order for a Pepper Barbeque Chicken pizza at 9:51 PM, but to my disappointment, the order was cancelled at 11:06 PM after keeping me waiting for over an hour. Despite repeated assurances that my order would be delivered, the staff continued cancelling orders, which created confusion and disarray. Customers were misinformed with excuses such as a faulty oven and even asked to cancel their own orders. This experience caused me unnecessary inconvenience, wasted my time, and reflected poorly on the professionalism of the outlet’s staff. Such handling of customer service is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that Domino’s management takes corrective measures to improve both operations and accountability at this branch.

Very disappointed with my recent takeaway experience at Domino’s. I placed an order and was told it would be ready shortly, but I ended up waiting for more than an hour. After all that time, instead of providing the order, the staff simply asked me to cancel it. This is unacceptable — if the outlet cannot fulfill an order on time, they should be upfront with customers instead of making them wait endlessly. Domino’s is supposed to be about quick service and reliability, but this experience was the complete opposite. Really hope the management improves their takeaway service and respects customers’ time.

I honestly don’t know how Domino’s still calls this “pizza.” What I received looked NOTHING like the pictures they advertise. The cheese coverage was patchy and uneven, with large bare spots. The toppings were thrown on carelessly — all clumped together in certain areas while other parts had almost nothing. To make things worse, it was drowning in oil, and the sauce drizzle was so inconsistent that half the pizza tasted bland while the other half was an overpowering mess.
