Dear Domino’s Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed on 15-08-2025 at 23:13, which was delivered at around 00:15. I had ordered two pizzas — Double Cheese Margherita and Paneer & Capsicum with Videshi Hot Sauce. Unfortunately, the Double Cheese Margherita pizza had no cheese at all, and the Paneer & Capsicum pizza was missing paneer entirely. This was a highly unsatisfactory experience, as the pizzas were not prepared as described and did not meet the expected quality standards. I request that you kindly look into this issue and provide an appropriate resolution, either through a refund or a replacement. I hope to hear back from you soon regarding this matter.

Toilet was very dirty even smell came out so you can't stay near to toilet area. Moreover, they don't have normal water bottle instead they have only available chilled water bottle. Water bottle cartoon was infront of store room door however they didn't give it to me due to stock count issue and my daughter wanted water badly due to coughing.
